You can choose to have artworks done with real pencil, charcoal, and real paint all done on actual paper. You can have portraits made from pencil or charcoal or enjoy a nice acrylic sunset from your own home. And sometimes traditional art has unique characteristics that a computer just cannot replicate in the digital realm.

Refunds & Cancellation
Refund quotes will be determined based on feedback you provide to me. To request for a refund for your art commission, please download and fill out the attached document that outlines the reason or purpose for your refund. Once you finished filling out your form, send it to me as a .pdf file along with your photos via email at artastic83@gmail.com. You can also submit a cancellation for the project here as well.

If you're unable to download the form, you may fill out the boxes below and state your refund reasons there. However, as proof of damage upon delivery, you must still provide photos taken of your artwork in a separate email. Please keep in mind, refund requests are not accepted for Cel-Art Commissions. Qualifications to Apply for Refund:

Damaged artworks must be documented by photo as proof of damage (applies only for Traditional Artworks). Upload an image of the damaged artwork.

Must have a reasonable and valid explanation for a refund.

Specify the type of damage sustained to the artwork after it was delivered to you (applies for Traditional Artwork)

Artwork must sustain a significant amount of damage such as a ripped portion, deep scratches, paint discoloration, or a huge amount of paint was torn off in order to qualify for a refund.

Cancel an order completely.

Unsatisfactory results for all Commissions apply for a 25% refund.

Digital Commission JPEG file is badly corrupted and beyond recoverable.

Please be advised: Refunds are only valid within 24 days from when I mail-in or email your artworks. Payments are finalized thereafter.
