(CSP) Missing Filters!

Tip-2.jpg

Filters are extremely helpful for adding special effects to your artwork but it's super frustrating if it suddenly disappears. This happened to me two time already for Clip Studio Paint version update 1.11.8 where I hover over the filter option with all the filters missing and it says "No Filters Found." Okay, time for a panic attack! I looked on the Clip Studio Paint forums and it occurred with other users as well. This seems to be an issue for the newest update.

If this has happened to you, here's how I managed to restore my filters:

Option 1: Restart the Clip Studio Paint Software (if this doesn't work, proceed to Option 2)

Option 2: Delete and Reinstall the software from Clip Studio's website. If you have CSP Pro or EX version, you most

likely have a license key. Make sure you have your license key activation code before you begin this                      process. After you've re-downloaded the program, restart your computer to flush out any bugs that might                  still be present.

Downsides: Risk of losing your shortcut key settings and UI setup. Possibility of redoing and recreating your original                    custom settings.

The filters should be fully restored to original default settings. If this doesn't work, contact Clip Studio Paint's help center for further assistance.
