Commission Policies

Service Information

  • I can provide commission jobs that involve digital paint, traditional acrylic painting, pencil, water color, and cel-painting (Special Requests - Limited)

  • I do not accept requests involving oil paints, Copic inking, and pastels. I will accept charcoal but at a limited degree.

  • I politely request that you do not ask me to do any animal commissions (with a few exception for common house pets such as dogs, cats, goldfish, etc.)

  • I do not offer abstract art or any human sketches or paintings involving nudity.

  • My capabilities may be limited to some degree with watercolor and acrylic paints.

  • When submitting a commission request, please specify what you intend to use it for (commercial or personal use). Please DO NOT resell any of the artworks without notifying me.

  • Artworks that I create are personal and not commercially used.

  • Any submission requests that I deem inappropriate or involve sensitive nature will be automatically rejected (includes racism, gender inequality, sexuality, and any profanity). Other negatively sensitive topics not listed may be applicable.

  • Using profanity and threats is highly unacceptable on this site.

  • If you request last-minute changes during the final shading and detailing process, you will be charged with a $20 late fee. This is due to me having to redo and erase some completed elements and I would have to re-sketch and re-color everything out. Last minute changes are not available for Traditional Commissions.

  • For Traditional Art Commissions, you can have the option to select having a frame to go with your artwork or not. Please be aware, frames are an additional purchase and will be charged on your receipt. You can request to have a frame for your custom artwork when you're filling out the submission form. The charge of having a frame will depend on the canvas size.

  • Your information will be strictly shared with me only. Upon completing the client's commission, all email communications and client's personal info will be permanently deleted.

  • I will not share commission artworks without client's permission.

  • I DO NOT offer color printing options as color inks are very expensive. All digital commissions will be delivered via email or if preferred, text message.

  • If you wish to have your artwork shared on social media, write me an email to give me your consent to share. All digital art commissions will be stored in my archive in case artworks are lost.

  • (Applies for Traditional Commissions): Services are only provided within United States or Canadian territories. All other international requests are not accepted.

  • Please be advised that all commissions I do are during my free time so some delays and slow responses are to be expected at times.

  • By hitting the submit button to start the commission process, you agree to the terms and services listed on this page. I will refuse to offer my services should you not comply or violate any terms listed here.

  • I reserve the right to turn down any commissions that I deem unacceptable or out of my capabilities.

Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing will vary depending on the type of commission you submitted (for example, should you choose a D&D character design commission, I charge for three different tiers for drawing and coloring a head, head and upper body, or a full body option. I'm willing to negotiate on proposed budgets.

  • For payments, I will send out a link either by email or text to a payment page of this site where you'll be required to pay upon the commission that you selected. All payments are secured through PayPal and Venmo services. I apologize for this inconvenience as some payment features are restricted by Wix.

  • (Applies for Digital Commissions): Please specify if you wish to have a fully colored background or plain white background. A white background is free of charge but colored backgrounds cost an additional $10. If you want a specific background, please write the details in your submission form.

  • (Applies for Digital Commissions): You can request for higher resolutions of the image file free of charge but no more than 3840x2160 as my system can't go beyond that.

  • Due to limitations with Wix basic service, I only accept payments through PayPal and Venmo. I will update this information if anything changes. You will need either a PayPal or Venmo account to make any purchases. Paypal is preferred.

  • Upon finishing the initial rough sketch, I will ask for feedback on what needs to be changed. First five design changes requested will be free of charge. If your feedback suggestions exceed over the 5 alteration limit, an extra $5 will be added per alteration.

  • An additional $20 late fee will be added to your commission if any last minute changes are requested during the final coloring and detailing process due to the amount of time and labor put in (applies for both Digital & Traditional Commissions).

  • In the event that I'm unable to fulfill your commission successfully, I will refund the exact amount that you paid.

  • (Applies for Traditional Commissions & Special Background Painting Requests): Framings are not included. If you wish to have a frame to go along with your artwork, the price will vary depending on the artwork's size dimensions. Any artwork sizes exceeding 8.5 x 11 inches will be more expensive. You can request having a frame when you submit your commission request along with the specified canvas size. I must calculate the frame's cost and will be added to the subtotal with your commission. Does not apply to Digital Special Requests.

  • (Applies for Traditional Commissions & Special Requests): Payment will be requested after I review your submission details and determine a quota for the whole project. You will then be contacted by email with more details along with a link to the payment page.

  • (Applies for Cel-Art Commissions): Due to the scarcity and low supply of cel paints, I will not be accepting any refunds for this commission (with the exception of being lost during in-transit delivery). I apologize but I must compensate for the remaining supplies that I currently have and must restock.

  • (Applies for Cel-Art Commissions): Last minute changes are not accepted. Late modifications cannot be made once cel paint is applied. You still have an opportunity to change the design during the rough sketch phase. All payments are final after delivery.

  • Once transactions have been completed, I will proceed to ship or email your finished artworks.

  • To see commission prices, please go to the Commission page and select a tier for estimated price listings.

Scheduling

  • Depending on what type of commission it is, I will have to discuss with you whether I'm able to do it and if you need it done by a certain deadline. I will have to determine if I'm capable of fulfilling your request.

  • My schedule also varies constantly so I will send emails whenever the commission is set back to a later date. In this case, if my schedule becomes too overwhelming, then I will have to unfortunately drop your commission and issue a full refund.

  • When you submit your request, I will also ask what is the best way to contact you. I'll primarily be contacting through regular email but feel free to state other alternatives.

  • I will usually walk you through a step by step process through email, so be sure to always check for any updates.

  • At max, I can handle three commissions at a time. During those times, I will close out the commissions page until I'm freed up to take on more requests. You can still email me your submissions through the contact page but I will send you a notification that all commissions are fully booked and you will be notified when I'm available; in which case you will need to fill out the main commission form.

  • Should my schedule become too overwhelming, I will have to notify you that I'm unable to fulfill your commission and issue a full refund.

  • You can also check my Facebook profile for any updates regarding the status of commission openings.

  • Turnaround dates and times are not guaranteed to be consistent so I cannot make estimated guesses on here until I evaluate client's commission.

Shipping & Handling

  • (Applies for Digital Commissions): I will be sending your custom art to you directly through email or text if preferred. As stated above, I do not offer color printing options and only send my works as JPEG and other standard image files.

  • (For Traditional Commissions) artworks will be packaged thoroughly and carefully. Artworks without frames will be packed between two pieces of cardboard and placed in the box. If any artworks exceeds the standard 8.5 x 11 inches, the artwork will automatically not qualify to receive a frame but will be heavily insulated.

  • A confirmation email will be sent when the artwork is being shipped.

  • I am not responsible if the package containing the artwork is lost during shipping and handling or any late deliveries. If you do not receive your artwork, please contact me and I'll try to get in contact with the shipping company. I cannot guarantee if any lost packages can be recovered. A full refund for the commission will be issued for any lost artworks.

  • Traditional Commission artworks require providing a physical address to your submission form. All information you provide will be kept confidential and will not be shared to anybody.

  • Email address and communication will be between me and the client only.

  • As stated above, I only ship within the United States and/or Canada. I do not accept international requests.

Refunds

  • All payments are finalized after 24 days from the mail-in date in which case, any refund requests after the set date will not be accepted. You must submit your refund submissions within those days. Some exceptions may apply.

  • In order to qualify for a refund, you need to state your reasoning and purpose for the refund. If your reasoning is deemed unreasonable or does not follow any of the criteria's listed below, I will not accept your refund request.

  • Refund quotas will be determined based on any damages and cancelations.

  • Damaged parcels upon delivery does not qualify for refunds.

  • (Applies for All Commissions): Unsatisfactory results only apply for a 15% refund quota.

  • (Applies for Digital Commissions): In the event that you lose your JPEG file of your commissioned artwork and my backup file in my archive becomes badly corrupted and unrecoverable, this will qualify for a refund with no time limit, meaning, there's no expiration date of when you can request this refund. However, please make sure you save/archive your email communications so I can confirm "if" and "when" the commission was created

  • (Applies for Traditional Pencil Commissions & Special Requests[Background Paintings]): Any artworks that are lost during shipping is the responsibility of the delivery company but will qualify for a full refund not including shipping cost. If you do not receive your artwork within 7-10 days, please contact me. Many shipping services may be slowed down or delayed so expect a varied time frame until your artwork is delivered.

  • (Applies for Traditional Commissions): Please provide photos along with your statement through email, not text!

  • In the event that I'm unable to complete your commission, I will automatically issue a full refund for the exact amount you paid.

  • (Applies for Traditional Commissions): In the event that you're unable to download and fill out the doc. file of the refund form, you may submit your refund request on the online version. However, you must still provide photo evidence that your artwork received damage during delivery, in which case, you will need to submit your photos in a separate email from the online submission request. This is due to limitations with Wix's basic service.

  • (Applies for Cel-Art Commissions)Cel art requires a special paint that has now become obsolete and hard to find. Cel Commissions are not qualified for any refunds once the inking and painting process begins with the exception of either the artwork is lost during delivery or I'm unable to complete the commission. All payments and submissions are finalized thereafter due to the extensive time, labor, and supplies I have on hand. Please notify me if you wish to cancel this commission before I start the painting process, in which case, I am able to issue a refund.

  • (Applies for Cel-Art Commissions)If your artwork is lost during shipping, contact me directly immediately. Lost artworks will qualify for a 60% refund.

  • Cancelations during in the middle or end of the commission process will only qualify for a 25% refund. This is due to time, labor, and amount of progress made. Any cancelations made in the beginning of the process will be issued a full refund.

  • Once approved, a confirmation email will be sent along with the refund statement.

  • If you wish to cancel your commission, you can submit a cancelation order in the refund page.

  • I DO NOT accept returns! Once the artwork is safely in your possession, it is immediately under your discretion.

  • Refund requests can be submitted here
